Eligibility

Individuals, professionals/self-employed persons and businessmen having deposit accounts with the bank, Loan will be available against the bank's own FDRs/Recurring Deposit.

Maximum amount of loan

• Maximum Loan Amount – up to 90% of the Term Deposit

Margin

10% of current value of FDRs/Recurring Deposits

Repayment

Either in lump sum or in installments as agreed upon between the Bank and the borrower. The amount of installment will depend at the discretion of the borrower.

Rate of Interest

Interest rate – Depends on term Deposit rate plus 2.00%

Security

Pledge of the FDRs/Recurring Deposit.
